Feminist Leadership Training (FLT)

Feminist Leadership Training by Didi Bahini (DB) is a campaign through Samaan Aawaaj project for promoting existing and potential government duty bearers to strengthen opportunities for the meaningful participation of women in leadership.

The Feminist Leadership Training was held from 4th of Chaitra to 17th of Chaitra at Bardibas Resort in Bardibas, Mahottari. The training had the participation of a total of 114 among them there were 81 female participants, and 33male participants. Out of all 107 were representatives from Lahan, Surunga, and Triyuga Municipality. The training was conducted with four groups. In this report, Lahan Municipality is referred to as Group 1, Surunga Municipality as Group 2, Lahan (second group) as Group 3, and Triyuga Municipality as Group 4.
