DidiBahini invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the supply and delivery of Improved Metallic Cooking Stoves under the Open Competitive Bidding – Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure.

1. The procurement is for 916 complete sets to be delivered to designated locations in Siraha District, Madhesh Province, Nepal, within the period specified in the Bidding Document.
2. Only domestic-manufactured Goods are eligible for this procurement. Other eligibility and qualification requirements are specified in the Bidding Document.

4. Bids shall be submitted in hard copy only to: DidiBahini Office, Sinamangal- Kathmandu, Nepal on or before 12:00 Noon on 01 September, 2026.
5. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of NPR 101,000, valid for at least 30 days beyond the Bid validity period, in the form of a bank guarantee or cash deposit in Account No. 16910017503107, Account Name: DidiBahini, Nabil Bank Ltd., Sinamangal Branch.
6. Technical Bids shall be opened at 1:00 PM on 01 September 2026 at DidiBahini Office, Sinamangal-09, Kathmandu. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend; however, their absence shall not prevent the opening.
7. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 12:00 noon on 23 August 2026 at the DidiBahini Office, Sinamangal, Kathmandu.
8. Bidders may request clarification in writing within the period specified in the Bidding Document.
9. Other terms and conditions relating to the Bid shall be as specified in the Bidding Document.
