Expression of Interest For Inclusion in the Roster

DidiBahiniis a Nepali non-governmental development organization working in the areas of gender, education, human rights, peacebuilding and social justice, having a strategic focus on promoting lifelong learning, peacebuilding and equitable and sustainable development. Its major interventions are directed toward poor, vulnerable, and disadvantaged groups of people.

DidiBahini Invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible vendors/ suppliers/ service providers/ consultants for future procurements of the following goods and services.

5	Printing	Flex, Copies, Diaries and Notebooks, booklets, reports, letterhead, envelopes, visiting cards, Id card, T Shirts, Stamps, refilling of stamp, Manuals, Pamphlets, Booklets and other IEC materials.
6	Electrical	Fans, Heater, Wires, Bulbs, switches and boards, ceiling rose, meter box, fuse, MCB etc.
Services (Non-Consulting)
7	Publication Services	News reporting, Article Printing, Online Notice publications, online jobs and news portals, etc
8	Food and Hospitality	Venue for Residential and Non-residential Trainings, Meetings, Workshops, Exposure visit etc.
9	Vehicle Rental	Rental services for different types of vehicles (VAN, BUS, HIACE, JEEP, TAXI, etc) for hiring and transport.
10	Information Technology	Photo/Videography, Webpages.
Consulting Services
11	Firm/Company	Individual Trainers /Training management services, Legal services and any other expert services and project review services.
12	Individual	Legal Services, expert services (GESI, GRB, Climate, Agriculture, Policies, Education, Health, Capacity Building, Development /Governance) project review services and other highly intellectual/ expert services.

Interested eligible firm/company/individuals are requested to submit the application form attached with this notice. Submission can be done via email clearly marked as “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST” on one or more items from the list mentioned above and following mandatory supporting documents, no later than 17th February 2025 to:

• Hard copy submissions are also accepted. Ensure all documents and information listed in the form are included, then drop them off at: DidiBahini Central office, Sinamangal- Kathmandu, Nepal.

Required Documents

• Company/ Firm registration certificate (as per the government laws)
• Company/ Firm renewal
• VAT/PAN Registration
• Up-to-date Tax Clearance certificate(FY 2080/81)
• Company/ Firm profile if available with experience and client’s references
• Business/Trade License (if applicable)
• Updated CV with references (in case of individuals)

Important Notes:

• Application will not be accepted if the documents are not renewed till FY 2080/81.
• This is not a request for quotation, this is request for enrolment into DidiBahini roster.
• There will be the process of supplier screening and verification by DidiBahini.
• Preference will be given to those supplier meeting environment and sustainability standards.
• Incomplete information or missing documents will result in disqualification in this process.

DidiBahini reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
